About The Latino Entrepreneurial Network (LEN)

LEN's mission is to bridge individuals, entrepreneurs and microenterprises with resources through strategic alliance formation, networking and sharing of business and financial practices. All members take a pledge to uphold the organization's values of acting with integrity, maintaining high ethics, sharing knowledge, investing in our community and fostering professionalism.

Founded in 2005 by Nelson Soler, utilizing the skills and knowledge gained while running the Hispanic entrepreneurial program (El Centro) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, LEN has grown to 300 members and has served 600 people in the Milwaukee area. Nelson has continued as LEN's Executive Director and with the assistance of an 11 member board has lead this premier nonprofit educational charity.

The Latino Entrepreneurial Network of Southeastern Wisconsin, Incorporated (LEN) was recently awarded the 2008 amp; 2009 Best Small Chamber of the Midwest as well as the 2010 Best Small Chamber of the Year for the entire United States the by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) located in Washington DC.
